 For Avra Restaurant, we customized a solution that focuses on sound reduction and energy efficiency. The installation included sliding doors with lift-and-slide mechanisms and bi-folding systems, all crafted from advanced thermal break aluminum. These lift-and-slide doors are complemented by energy-efficient glazing and screens, ensuring a quiet, comfortable dining environment while maintaining aesthetic elegance and operational ease.

 For a private residence in Los Angeles, we installed advanced thermal break aluminum systems, incorporating tilt-and-turn windows and lift-and-slide patio doors. These features not only enhance the home's energy efficiency but also improve functionality and style, providing seamless indoor-outdoor living experiences tailored to the Los Angeles climate. 

 The Randolph Diner project encompassed the addition of a sophisticated sunroom, meticulously constructed with a thermal break aluminum system and energy-efficient safety glass. A custom wine cellar enclosure was created featuring four sliding leaves per opening. The design also included a closed patio adorned with a pergola, complemented by motorized aluminum rolling shutters and stylish entrance doors, enhancing both functionality and aesthetic appeal.

Each sunroom is equipped with advanced sliding systems complete with screens, as well as stylish entrance doors and a bi-folding door for seamless integration with the existing structure. The roofs are fitted with motorized sun shades, providing adjustable light control and enhanced comfort.
